I work primarily with college students and individuals during the perinatal period, offering care for those managing anxiety, depression, grief, disordered eating, life transitions, or relationship stress. As a PMH-C, I hold advanced certification in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, infertility, and postpartum experiences.

Clients describe my style as warm, direct, and authentic. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches—CBT, DBT, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic—to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and ready to move toward your goals.
